The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Team Leader in the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) team at Worcestershire County Council based at County Hall, Worcester. In this role you will oversee the DoLS administration function, ensuring that it is equipped and supported to work efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the DoLS team manager and provide the DoLS administrators with supervision and support, enabling them to develop and deliver a high-quality service.
Main purpose of the job:
• To manage a team of DoLS administrators, to ensure that they provide good quality support to the DoLS team.
• To oversee the DoLS administration function, ensuring that DoLS work is completed in the most efficient and effective way.
• If you have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and are committed to ensuring that administration processes work in the most efficient and effective way, then this is the job for you.
