About the Team
Warwickshire County Council is looking to appoint a leader with relevant Facilities Management experience to support the co-ordination of Warwickshire’s Soft FM activities across the broad portfolio.
A key focus of this role is to provide support and leadership to the managers delivering Front of House Facilities Management activities across the diverse portfolio.
About the Role
The role involves working across the county in partnership with other Delivery Leads to ensure services are regularly monitored and evaluated and meet national and local priorities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a small team comprised of Caretakers and Cleaners and manage external contracts supporting security and guardian related activities.
Key Requirements
You will possess a detailed understanding of:
- Planning & delivering Front of House FM operations.
- Delivering multiple site customer facing FM operations
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and policy around Compliance, H&S and the Environment.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Possess excellent communication skills, including building and maintaining relationships with a range of partners/stakeholders.
- Have experience and understanding of managing significant resources and budgets.
- Have a commitment to delivering high quality services
- Have experience of making change happen, responding to internal and external financial and organisational pressures.
- Have experience of project management.
