This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Improvement and Support function at Birmingham City Council. We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals to undertake the role of Business Support Officer.
You will play a proactive role in further embedding a consistent, excellent, reliable, customer focused complaints and enquiries service within a Directorate.
As a Business Support Officer you will work as part of a dynamic team in one of several areas of the service to deliver an effective and high-quality service. You will manage and coordinate complaints and enquiries received from a range of stakeholders and service areas, adhering accurately to statutory requirements and relevant legislation, regulatory codes, guidance and professional practice.
You will be responsible for the early resolution and case management of citizen enquiries within agreed SLAs. Maintaining accurate case management and other administrative records according to the required standards and procedures and by using appropriate IT systems.
