Workforce Learning Facilitator
£25,951 - £27,668 per annum pro rata
SO1 £13.45 - £14.34 per hr
25 hours per week

Would you like to make a positive contribution to benefit vulnerable people? Are you experienced in training, shaping workforce development and best practice to inform the delivery of high quality personalised services?

My Options - Activity Wellbeing and Care Services is part of Telford & Wrekin Council and provides a wide range of person-centred support to vulnerable people of all ages and abilities.

We currently provide a range of services including; Community Activity and Wellbeing services, Residential options, Community support for those people living in their own or shared accommodation. Our services also include a very successful Shared Lives Scheme and The Skills and Enterprise hub, where people can develop their skills and confidence as part of their stepping stone to work.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Workforce Learning Facilitator to establish and deliver workforce learning and development opportunities to support the strategic goals of the My Options services, to ensure organisational effectiveness, quality and growth. You must possess relevant qualifications in Learning & Development and have a background of working within the care sector.
