Housing Options Visiting Officer -

The Housing Options service is a customer focused service designed around customer requirements, and within the context of the principles set out by the Council, for developing a stronger, safer, healthier and sustainable Borough.
In this post, you will have responsibility for visiting applicants in their home to resolve queries, determine housing need and verify current housing circumstances as required.
You will process incoming referrals, assess/ verify applicants housing and support needs and eligibility for service. Providing an effective, efficient and sensitive choice based lettings service to applicants.
