Our Allocations and Lettings Team deliver a high quality property management and relocation service to new and existing customers.

We are looking to appoint a Property Liaison Officer. Duties include facilitating the effective and efficient management and letting of empty homes from receipt of notice to date of occupation, carrying out home visits to outgoing tenants in order to assess property condition, completing legal notices to terminate tenancies, carrying out eligibility checks and allocating properties.

Candidates must possess significant demonstrable operational experience of working in a Lettings or Property Management environment, be educated to A level standard or equivalent with GCSEs in Maths and English and hold or be willing to study for Level 4/HNC in a Housing related discipline.
