Rent Accounting Officer
Rent Accounting Team are responsible for maintaining Rent Accounts for over 22,000 tenants. The team provides a frontline service for Direct Debits and a range of accounting duties.
We are looking to appoint two Rent Accounting Officers (1 x 37 hours and 1 x 18.5 hours per week)
Your Main Duties include:
- Undertaking reconciliation systems to prove integrity of the Housing Rent Accounting system
- Carrying out adjustments
- Rent Property calculation and adjustments
- Performance and statistical information
- Qualifications to GCSE O level or equivalent in 3 subjects including mathematics (grade C and above) or equivalent.
- Experience in financial administration or accountancy role.
