Income Management Officer
An opportunity has arisen within the Income Recovery Team for an Income Management Officer.
You will undertake the collection of current and former tenant arrears with a clear emphasis on prevention as well as the recovery of other tenancy related debts due to the Council. To monitor arrears cases in accordance with income recovery policy and procedures.
Knowledge of welfare reforms is essential with good customer services and the ability to deliver difficult messages a must.
