Nicholas Chamberlaine School, Bulkington Road, Bedworth
We’re looking for a Cook to join us working 18.25 Hours per Week, term time only.
Working within a team you’ll be responsible for the preparation, cooking, baking and serving of food as well as set up and clear tables as necessary. You’ll undertake cleaning of the kitchen and equipment; operate the tills and liaise with customers in relation to their choice of menu items and increase their awareness of food. In addition you’ll complete necessary records; work within the agreed standards as well as maintain quality and look to continuously improve the service delivery. A uniform is provided for this role.
To be successful in this role, it’s important you have high standards of personal hygiene, are able to work the times and days required as well as complete the necessary paperwork for the role. In addition, as you’ll be liaising with customers, clients, colleagues and children you’ll need to have good communication skills and the ability to work within a team as well as on your own initiative
Previous experience is required.
