A Positive Action training initiative for disabled people
The Recruit-Ability programme provides paid work experience and training placements for people who have a disability. Additionally, participants can expect to receive full support, advice and access to training courses.

EDI Assistant Trainee - Ref: RT04824
18.5 hours per week - fixed term for 12 months.
Training Allowance of approx. £11,183 per annum (based on a full-time training allowance of £22,366 per annum, pay award pending)
Our Organisational Development (OD) Team lead on change within Walsall Council by improving services, engaging and motivating staff, and developing their talents and potential through training. EDI stands for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and we are committed to making this central to all that we do.
We are looking for a motivated person with an interest in training to provide support for our friendly and supportive Senior OD Adviser (EDI).
With an ability to use Microsoft Office packages, an understanding of good customer service and a keenness to learn, you will help to promote and champion Equality and Diversity for all employees across the organisation. As well as this, you will assist the Senior OD Adviser (EDI) in setting up and running training sessions both online and in person.
You will help to support various events and activities related to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, including spreading awareness of Corporate Staff Networks and collaborating with network Chairs and Vice Chairs.
