We invite suitably experienced and qualified applications for Newly Qualified Social Worker positions in our Looked After Children and Children in Need/ Child Protection teams.

You will have:

• A strong commitment to working directly with children and families to ensure that their voices are heard and their needs are met

• The ability to be able to work with colleagues and deliver evidence-based approaches within your practice.

• Strong interpersonal, communication and organisation skills

• The ability to work with partners and other agencies

• Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) registration.

These posts are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to undertake:

o A Service User panel interview

o A written exercise

o A panel interview
