Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 1 Catholic Secondary School across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.
St John the Baptist is a welcoming school, where all staff work tirelessly and care hugely for our wonderful, well-behaved children. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a School Receptionist and Administrator to work at St John the Baptist Catholic Primary School, part of Our Lady and All Saints MAC.

The successful candidate will:
- Support the values and ethos of St John the Baptist School
- Have experience of working in a school environment
- Be organized and efficient in carrying out administrative tasks
- Be proficient in dealing with face-to-face and telephone interactions
- Have the necessary skills to work effectively and collaboratively within a team
- Be flexible and creative and have the commitment to provide first class care to children and adults
- Be organized, able to prioritise workloads and work under own initiative
- Be a reflective and flexible practitioner
- Bring vision, innovation and enthusiasm to the role
- Be able to relate well to all stakeholders in being sympathetic to their needs
- Work effectively with our staff team at St John the Baptist
- Be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school
