We are seeking to appoint a clerical assistant (finance) with responsibility for reception duties.  This is an exceptional opportunity for a friendly, highly organised person to join our primary school. The right candidate should be enthusiastic, positive, self-motivated and resilient person with capacity for hard work.  This post is for four days per week, term time only.  Job share applications would be considered for the appropriate candidate.

The successful applicant will provide administrative and finance support and will be based in the reception area of school.  You will be dealing with a wide variety of tasks, ranging from answering the telephone to dealing with customer enquiries.  You will have a personable approach to pupils, staff and parents.

You will need to possess strong organisational and administrative skills together with excellent IT and communication skills. The duties of the post are varied so the ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and a high level of flexibility is required.
