Neighbourhood Assistant
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated person who is keen to learn and develop a career in housing management.
As a Neighbourhood Assistant, you will be responsible for working with and supporting Neighbourhood Officers in delivering excellent customer service across all operational functions within Neighbourhood Services including Anti-Social Behaviour and Tenancy Management.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your experience and expertise, ideas, and skills within a challenging and dynamic environment.
You will possess excellent interpersonal and IT skills and be able to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
Please note that frequent travel across the Borough is an essential requirement of the role. A full driving licence and use of a car is essential.

We are an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up in April 2004 to run the housing service on behalf of Solihull Council. The Council still owns the properties and is the landlord. But housing services are delivered by us.
