Assistant Financial Support Manager – Systems Development

£29,323 – £33,437 per annum, (pro rata if part time)
Grade 8, SCP 33 - 38
37 hours per week, permanent contract
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and self-motivated individual to join Bromsgrove District and Redditch Borough Councils’ Financial Support Team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Revenues and Benefits software – Civica OpenRevenues - and for the operation of the ICT systems used by the Customer Access and Financial Support Team.
Working as part of the service’s management team you will be responsible for making sure that software releases are fully tested and installed in a timely manner and that appropriate training is provided to teams. You will ensure that software systems are developed and utilised to meet changing customer demand and enable efficiency within the processing of Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates and Housing Benefits.
