£16,491 - £18,070 per annum pro rata plus weekend enhancements and shift allowance

Shift Pattern 1 22 hours per week

Monday 12.00 noon – 7.00 pm

Tuesday 2.30 pm – 10.30 pm

Sunday 8.00 am – 3.00 pm

Shift Pattern 2 15 hours per week

Saturday 7.00 am – 2.00 pm

Sunday 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm

Shift Pattern 3 14.25 hours per week

Saturday 1.00 pm – 8.30 pm

Sunday 7.45 am – 2.30 pm

Inspire our residents to improve their health and wellbeing; teach children to swim and learn a skill for life; provide children and young people with positive things to do; improve participation in physical activity, and help residents improve self-esteem, educational attainment and tackle health inequalities? If so this job is for you.

You provide

• A strong work ethic and a firm commitment to help us to grow, develop and improve our services

• A recognised NPLQ qualification, or commitment to achieve this qualification within a 2 month period if successful at interview, and a commitment to continually refresh training so you are competent in performing your duties

• The ability to communicate with a range of users to offer outstanding levels of customer service

• A knowledge of the leisure industry including latest trends related to Managing Pools Safely

We provide

• On-going training and development to help you to be competent in your duties as well as developing you to fulfil future roles

• The ability to work on a relief basis in other roles to help us achieve a multi skilled team approach

• A comprehensive reward package, including 24 (rising to 29) days annual leave, plus paid bank holidays, the ability to work overtime, employer contributed pension scheme, free usage of Leisure facilities, discounted gym membership, cycle to work scheme, Kidd vouchers and Employee Assistance Programme.
