Transfer Station Supervisor
37.0 Hours per Week
The role will involve managing a team of recycling advisors and other site staff; informing and assisting members of the public with the use of the recycling and disposal facilities; operate and maintain plant equipment; completion of all site related paperwork as well as ensuring all areas of the site are kept clean and tidy at all times. In addition, you'll undertake other relevant duties when needed.
As a Site Supervisor you will be expected to work at any waste site in Warwickshire as and when required but will be based at Princes Drive Recycling Centre in Leamington Spa. The sites are open every day of the week and full time staff work an average of 37 hours a week with more hours in the summer than the winter and working 7 days on, 2 days off, 7 days on, 2 days off, 7 days on, 3 days off.
