The Role

Required for September 2024

We’re looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic one to one pupil worker to support our pupils. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference, joining a committed team of staff, to continue our upwards trajectory following our Good Ofsted in October 2023.

The role is one to one support to join our team of staff to support our pupils with an EHCP. The role would include supporting a pupil through a structured curriculum and supportive team, working closely beside the class teacher. This will consist of dedicated one to one time as well as in class support to facilitate the outcomes on an Education Health and Care Plan.

One to One Pupil Worker- for a child with Additional Needs- 2 or 3 days per week, 8.30a.m. – 3p.m. (45 minutes lunch).
