Job Details
Do you like to find meaning in data but enjoy working with people too? Have you got experience of using a range of data and analytical approaches to drive and support effective organisational decision-making? Do you want to make a difference for vulnerable children? Then we want to hear from you!
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Birmingham Children’s Trust for a research and quality assurance specialist. This role helps the Trust to hear the voices of the children we serve and understand their experiences. In this role you will support research and a programme of quality assurance activities that informs service improvement, practice development and leads to better outcomes for children. This will include qualitative and quantitative analysis of different types of data (for example feedback or performance against key performance indicators), and communicating key messages and findings in relevant, tailored formats. You’ll have experience of working flexibly and developing and maintaining effective relationships with a variety of internal colleagues, teams and partners. You’ll be able to demonstrate problem solving and solution-focused insight and have a sound knowledge of research methodology and analytics.
If you're educated to degree level or equivalent with post qualification experience and have the skills and experience we are looking for, then please apply!
