Coventry City Council is a fast paced working environment and we’re based in different locations across the city. It’s an exciting time for the Council as we embrace new technology, re-think our processes and get ready to move lots of services into a new building.
PA Services is at the heart of things offering support to a range of services on topics as diverse as: Children’s Services, Legal Services, Registrars, Planning, Member Support Services.
We’re looking for people to support us in delivering a quality professional service. We’re looking to recruit on 12 month temporary contracts at the moment while we shape our new service offer.

You’ll have guessed from our introduction, we’re changing lots of things at the moment to improve things for our customers and service areas alike and we know that our people are really important to getting things right.
As a PA you will be at the heart of this work supporting Senior Managers and elected Members involved in driving these changes in a busy and fast moving office environment. You will be an experienced Personal Assistant with excellent ICT skills and as mentioned you will also need great customer service skills.
