The Role
Bromsgrove Short Breaks Service provides specialist overnight and day care for children and young people with physical and learning disabilities and complex health needs across Worcestershire. Our standards are high and this is reflected in our home being rated as outstanding by Ofsted.

Have you got experience in working with children or young people with disabilities, with a passion and motivation for doing to great job? If so, we would love you to join us as one of the Senior Residential Support Worker. This is a fantastic opportunity to compliment and help progress our plans.

We are a supportive and established team who really do make a difference to the lives of young people in Worcestershire.

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be ambitious for young people, in helping them to achieve their goals and optimise their potential. You will work directly with children and young people, building effective relationship with them and their families and other professionals. You will be able to supervise staff and contribute to Team Meetings as well as participating in EHCP and work alongside other professionals.

This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of criminal records via the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
