Practice Lead – Safeguarding / LAC
Salary: Up to £36,379 for 37 hours per week
£4,000 per annum Market Forces payment
We are currently recruiting to the following opportunities –
1 x Wychavon South Safeguarding Locality Team
1 x Wyre Forest Team 1 Safeguarding Locality Team
1 x Bromsgrove Safeguarding Locality Team
1 x North East Looked After Children Permanency Team
We are looking for someone who can –
Support the Team Manager to ensure that good quality timely services are delivered to children and professionals and support the team to achieve against key performance targets.
Supervise and to quality assure the work of Social Work staff.
Promote the active participation of children, young people and their parents and careers.
If you are interested in applying you will need to be able to demonstrate that you have: -
Significant post qualifying experience
Considerable experience of working within Children's Social Care and working with children and young people.
Significant experience of achieving improved outcomes for children and young people.
The ability to transfer skills and lead service improvement.
The tenacity to repeatedly follow through indicators of staff and service performance to secure the necessary improvement in service provision.
