Job Title : Sixth Form Administrator
Salary : Grade 4 (JNC 6-11)
Hours : 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm)
Contract Type : Permanent
Reporting to : Head of Sixth Form
Role Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Sixth Form Administrator to support our Sixth Form Team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of all administrative tasks, from event coordination to managing student records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event & Admissions Coordination: Organize Sixth Form events and manage the admissions process.
- Attendance & Lesson Monitoring: Track student attendance and oversee lesson and study registrations.
- Administrative Support: Handle paperwork, schedule progress interviews, and coordinate external speakers.
- Safeguarding: Uphold the welfare of students and ensure compliance with all relevant policies.
This is a dynamic role perfect for someone with excellent organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.
