Salary: G8, £34,834 - £39,186 per annum

Contract: Fixed until 31 st March 2026

About us

Our team are based within the Programme Management Service in the Resources and Transformation Directorate, and we are responsible for managing a variety of exciting large-scale programmes throughout Bloxwich and Walsall including the Community Grants programmes.

About you

An exciting opportunity has presented itself within the Programme Management Community Grants team for a Compliance Officer. We are looking for an experienced and motivated officer, who can develop and help to drive forward our Community Grants projects. Your role will be varied, with significant time spent monitoring performance to improve quality and effectiveness to ensure the governance and transparency of the programme objectives are achieved, in line with all governance frameworks, legislative, regulatory requirements, best practice and agreed contractual targets.

You should be an experienced Compliance Officer, with experience of working on externally funded programmes, and be able to build and develop strong partnerships and networks with a wide range of stakeholders. If you can manage a demanding workload, are adaptable in changing circumstances and possess excellent administration and organisational skills, we would welcome your application.
