Job Details
Situated in North Worcestershire, Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council share services. As a data-driven organisation we are always looking to improve the quality and accuracy of the data we collect and produce which in turn improves our service delivery to our customers.
Joining a small improvement team this role would facilitate our ambitions recognising the importance of accurate, timely, and compliant data in achieving our organisational goals and delivering value to our community.
The role requires an individual to be passionate about data quality, possess exceptional analytical skills, and have a proven track record of implementing strategies to improve data accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness. And we would want the post to help reach across the organisation, supporting and assisting with the delivery of systemic change, improvement, and culture change in line with the Council Plans
To assist with the successful candidate they would be responsible for the Data Insight Officer, who will support with data management, reporting and analysis
If you can provide expertise knowledge and skills to ensure high-quality, reliable, and insightful quantitative and qualitative analysis then we would like to hear from you.
Particularly if you possess at least five years of experience in applying a variety of technical skills for data analysis and leveraging the insights obtained from these analyses.
Interviews will be conducted on the 8th, 9th, and 10th of October, followed by a 30-minute technical skills assessment.
