We are seeking enthusiastic and committed leisure professionals to join our valued and supportive team to help us achieve our goal of "More People, More Active, More Often".
We require Recreation Assistants in our leisure centres, to work on a casual basis. You will be part of a team that is highly motivated, providing leisure facilities for the local community.
The role will involve:
- the setting up of equipment
- supervising pools in a lifeguard capacity
- preparing for functions, events and gala's
- helping customers with their enquiries
- assisting customers in their participation of activities ensuring their safety at all times
- general cleaning duties.
Applicants should have experience in the service industry and hold an up to date recognised lifesaving award (such as STA Lifeguard qualification or RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification- when submitting your application, please attach a copy of the qualification as part of your supporting information). Failure to do so could lead to be removed from the process.
You will also be expected to be available to work days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
