Behaviour Manager 

Effective date: As soon as possible 

37 hours per week – Term time plus 2 weeks (40 weeks) 

Salary: Scale 6 £27,344 - £29,439 pro rata  (actual £25,709 - £27,550) 

We are seeking a Behaviour Manager, who is dynamic and passionate, to work with our students. The successful candidate will be committed to our values and ethos, have the ability to lead staff and students and make a wide and varied contribution to overall life at this busy and vibrant school.

We prize subject specialist knowledge and give staff the time and training to develop subject curricula and teaching expertise that bring students into the “great conversations”, teaching them the knowledge and scholarship to experience the best in each of our subjects.

teaching but perhaps even more importantly it allows children to be happy and feel safe in school, and to develop into positive, engaged, global citizens. Staff and students alike are constantly striving to “become the best versions of ourselves”.  

The successful candidate will: 

• Be able to engage learners in accessing a broad curriculum, developing strong relationships built on trust and clear expectations  
• Remove barriers to learning and promote engagement with school  
• Have experience of working with small groups of students or individuals to deliver behaviour or social/emotional interventions
