Job Title: Class Teacher - St. Paul's Church of England Primary School – Starting January 2025

St. Paul's C of E Primary School is a happy church school situated in the heart of Stockingford, Nuneaton. We are seeking an exceptional Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join our vibrant and forward-thinking school. We wish to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic teacher; someone who will support our school vision and always promote and uphold our Christian values.

Position Overview:
As a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher at St. Paul's C of E Primary School, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our pupils. You will have the opportunity to deliver creative and engaging lessons, foster a love for learning, and promote an inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils, adhering to the national curriculum.
• Be a reflective practitioner and have a willingness to be adaptive when planning, to meet the needs of our pupils.
• Take part in all aspects of school life and fully support our School Vision, Values and Christian ethos. • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages pupil participation and engagement.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enable each child to achieve their academic goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
• Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication and involvement in their child's education.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within the UK education system.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in young minds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, ensuring efficient lesson planning and assessment.
