2 Year Fixed Term Contract

Following the recent launch of our ICT Strategy, an exciting opportunity has now arisen for an individual with a wealth experience in business analysis to join the innovative ICT Department as a Senior Business Analyst.

With excellent communication skills and passion for the digital landscape, you’ll be the overall lead for business analysis in the organisation. As part of this, you’ll work with business users and senior managers, as well as lead the Business Analysis team, so you’ll need to have a high level of confidence and be able to form strong relationships.

We’d like you to have substantial experience in a business analysis role and a degree (or equivalent) in this area.

Expert knowledge of process mapping techniques and an ability to use a range of applicable software is also desired.

If you know business systems inside out, have plenty of passion and fancy joining an exciting organisation and a friendly team, then this is the role for you.

Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (HWFRS) is a forward thinking, high performing organisation that provides vital fire and rescue services across the two counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

All of our staff contribute towards saving lives, whether directly or indirectly, and make a difference to those in the community every single day.

As an employee of HWFRS you will enjoy a range of attractive staff benefits which include a childcare voucher scheme, flexible working hours and emergency service discounts.

For further details on the role, please see the full job description.

The closing date for applications is midnight on Thursday 31st August and interviews will be held on Tuesday 12th September.
