Required as soon as possible Lunchtime Supervisor 10 hours per week – Scale 1 – Term time only

11.30am – 1.30pm each day

We are seeking a highly enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join a friendly and hardworking team.  We are looking for someone who you will primarily work alongside our staff to supervise children over the lunchtime period. You will be part of a dedicated team of people and will be fully involved in the life of the school. We are looking for a colleague who is friendly, approachable and has a desire to work as part of a small team securing the safety, welfare and good conduct of all our pupils.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a school that is committed to achievement for all its pupils and ongoing professional development for staff, and to make a real impact on pupils and their progress.

You will need to:

  • Have a passion for inclusion, diversity, equality and equity for all.
  • Have the highest expectations of yourself and the children.
  • Work as part of a supportive team, ensuring the safety, welfare, and good conduct of pupils.
  • Be flexible and adaptable in order to best support the needs of the children.
  • Hold all children with unconditional positive regard and respond to them calmly and consistently, with warmth, care and empathy.
