Are you passionate about nurturing the next generation’s potential? We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant at our Bournville School. Bournville School is a vibrant and diverse school.

  • set high expectations which motivate and challenge students in a productive learning environment
  • promote good outcomes by students, planning well-structured lessons
  • undertake structured and agreed learning activities and accurately record achievement/progress and feeding back to the teacher
  • demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
  • adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all students
  • make accurate and productive use of assessment
  • fulfil wider professional responsibilities with high standards of personal and professional conduct

Bournville School (part of Fairfax Multi-Academy Trust) is a mainstream, non-selective, comprehensive school for students aged 4 -16. Bournville School is built on traditional values.   This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
