About this Role We are seeking to appoint an excellent Afterschool club assistant to help us in running a professional and caring afterschool service for our children. The position is for 13.75 hours per week.

 

In particular, successful candidates should have:  

· Experience of working with young children  

· Basic understanding of child development and learning  

· Enthusiasm and dedication to caring and supporting pupil activities  

 

You should be:  

· A responsible and reliable person  

· Confident in dealing with young people, maintaining discipline and motivation  

· Able to relate well to pupils and adults
