Job Details
Teaching Assistant – Fixed Term in the first instance until 31st July 2025
NJC Scale 2, Spinal Point 3 - £12 per hour
Term Time Only (43.51 weeks per year)
27.5 hours per week
To start as soon as possible
The Headteacher and governors are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be a hard-working individual who is fully committed to our school ethos ‘Working Together as One’.
The successful candidate will work with our fantastic team to help our pupils have the very best learning experiences.
The successful candidate will:
- Have the ability to show understanding, patience and empathy towards children therefore helping them to engage with their learning.
- Have the energy, drive and enthusiasm to help children learn.
- Have excellent subject knowledge.
- Be committed to children enjoying and engaging in their learning whilst being challenged through an interesting and diverse curriculum offer.
- Be a real team player and a hard-working individual who is fully committed to our school ethos ‘Working Together as One’.
- Be able to create and maintain effective partnerships with the school community, parents/carers and other schools.
