Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Required From 6th November 2024 – Grade 7 - £9174 - Permanent
Monday – Friday 12:30 – 3:15pm 13.75 hrs (Term time + INSET)

From 6th November 2024 the Principal and the Local Academy Council of Tynsel Parkes CE Primary Academy, in Uttoxeter are looking for a highly skilled HLTA to deliver PPA in the afternoons at Tynsel Parkes. (A Level 4 for Teaching Assistant, or recognised equivalent qualification is required). The successful candidates will be someone who:


•Is an outstanding role model
•Has high expectations of themselves and the children
•Is a flexible team player
•Is willing to take part in the full life of this academy
•Can deliver a range of interventions to support children
•Effective use of ICT to support teaching and learning
•Plan and prepare teaching and learning objectives using a scheme of work, adjusting activities/work plans as appropriate.
•Undertake marking of planned work.
•Monitor and evaluate pupil responses to learning activities using a range of assessment and monitoring strategies against pre-determined learning objectives
