Salary: NJC Point 3– FTE salary £22,737.00 pro rata term time - £11.79 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week Monday-Friday (06:30-08:30am, 16:30-18:30pm). Times can be discussed at Inteview
Contract: Permanent (Term Time OnlY, 5 Training Days, plus 2 weeks)
Start Date: October 2024
Bishop Lonsdale CE Primary Academy (part of St Chad’s Academies Trust) is a vibrant and forward-thinking academy with a supportive staff team who are driven to secure the happiness and very best for all children. We are a successful school, judged to be Good by Ofsted in June 2019 and are seeking to appoint a Site Technician to join this growing academy.
We are seeking:
An enthusiastic, self-motivated person who adhere to the ethos of our happy Church of England Academy. The successful candidate will be some who can carry out:
- general maintenance/cleaning
- maintaining buildings
- grounds maintenance/cleaning
- fixtures and fittings
- security of the site (opening and locking up)
- stock replenishment
- statutory testing and reporting
- carry out minor repairs
- participate in necessary training
Candidates would be welcomed who have proven skills/experience in general buildings maintenance. The working hours will include duties during and outside normal school opening times (morning, evening, and during school holidays).
