We are currently recruiting for a Technical Officer – Empty properties (Private Sector Housing)
Bringing empty properties back into use is a priority for our members and residents so we need somebody who has a passion for this work. We have a comprehensive empty properties strategy to guide you when dealing with our long-term empties and we have a willingness for you to be bold in tackling those that cause problems for neighbours.
Your experience will include inspecting properties for defects, taking enforcement action when negotiation has failed, and you will be HHSRS qualified.
