Full Time

For January 2025

£MPS/UPS £28,000 - £43,685 subject to annual progression 

Plus TLR1C £15,690 

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and high performing Head of English Faculty to lead our well-established English team who are highly performing lovers of literature and language, and a pleasure to work with! 

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding English teacher with experience of effectively leading change within English. The English Faculty at Langley is made up of experienced and recently qualified teachers who are united in their passionate desire to do the best by the students they teach. The successfully appointed candidate will have the chance to put their own mark on the faculty, creating a vision for the future direction of English at Langley, as well as further extending their leadership experience. We can offer the necessary support and experience to enable you to develop the skills required for the next stage in your career. We want the successful candidate to flourish and we want to support them in their journey to senior leadership.
