We are seeking to appoint a part time energetic, resourceful, reliable Caretaker with a broad range of DIY skills necessary for the effective and efficient operation of site services.  This includes repairs, maintenance, improvements and refurbishments, central heating, cleaning, security and porterage. 

The working pattern is 27 hours per week, worked over 5 days, start and finish times and hours each day to be agreed. The role is for 42 weeks per year.

The post holder will be:

The Caretaker is responsible for ensuring the school building and premises are maintained to a high standard. A key part of the role is ensuring the site is Health and Safety compliant and keeping appropriate records and logs.
