The Role
As the TEC Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our service, from conducting in-depth assessments and providing targeted training to overseeing the performance of our alarm receiving centre. Your expertise will drive the integration of TEC solutions into mainstream care, enhance our training programs, and support the strategic development of housing and service specifications.
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to manage and innovate within our TEC services, ensuring a high-quality and responsive approach to meet the diverse needs of residents and professionals alike. You will be at the forefront of modernising our TEC offerings, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to embed TEC across all ages and care settings.
