Due to the growth of our school the governors, staff, parents and carers wish to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational individual with excellent leadership and management skills to join our staff team.
This post is an opportunity for an ambitious leader to join the Headteacher and the Ambition Lead Team in driving the school towards its goal of providing an exceptional education for the students in our community. The successful candidate will be part of a school improvement team implementing and embedding strategy to ensure consistency across the school.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding and innovate classroom practitioner. The candidate may be someone who is looking for their next step in their career and wants to be able to demonstrate a strategic approach to ensure that all students achieve their full potential. You will lead on Reading and Oracy across the curriculum alongside an Assistant Headteacher.
You will be a strong communicator, with natural empathy, who works positively with other professionals upholding our value of ‘Respect all, from all’.
