Working pattern: 37 hours per week (Term Time only )

The Lighthouse Federation, a federation that is now 9 schools and growing. Being part of this Federation, we are able to work collaboratively with like-minded colleagues and our whole school community benefits greatly from this. The Federation also provides fantastic opportunities for the professional development of all staff and there are wider opportunities for those that wish to progress within the school or the federation.

What do we need:

The Lighthouse Federation and Governors are seeking to appoint a Speech, Language and Communication Therapist to work across our 9 schools with clear vision for the schools who have: 

-    be able to drive or communicate to our 9 schools and the federation central team office in Willenhall
-    drive, energy and enthusiasm to further develop these flourishing schools
-    the passion and commitment to maximise the potential of each and every child in school
-    the ability to work in partnership and forge strong links with parents, staff, governors and the wider community
-    the confidence to maintain a strong presence in the school and preserve high standards
