Roberts Primary School is an impressive, state-of-the-art 3-form school in North Dudley with excellent facilities, including Nursery, wraparound and an Environment Zone with a 4-acre forest school.

Roberts Primary School is on an exciting journey of development following the appointment of a new Headteacher and an additional Deputy Headteacher.
We are looking to appoint an experienced, ambitious, dedicated and forward-thinking School Business Manager.
We can provide a supportive staff, together with children who are eager to learn, within an excellent school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the business and financial management of school resources including
budget/financial planning and providing accurate financial reports to SLT, Governing Body
and external bodies.
- To be responsible for providing professional leadership and management of school support
staff, to enhance their effectiveness in order to achieve improved standards of learning and
achievement in the school.
- The School Business Manager promotes the highest standards of business ethos within the
administrative function of the school and strategically ensures the most effective use of
resources in support of the school’s learning objectives.
- The School Business Manager is responsible for the Financial Resource
Management/Administration Management/Human Resource Management/Facility &
Property Management/ Operations Management of the School.
- Provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Head Teacher and School
Leadership Team
- To support and advise the Head teacher and Governing Body on all operational areas cited

Hours: 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year.
Salary: Grade 8-10 FTE £33,024 - £35,745
