Finance Assistant Apprentice - Amethyst Academies Trust Schools

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Finance Assistant Apprentice with the drive and motivation to work in a fast-paced central team finance office. You must have an ability to work under pressure, be thorough, accurate and consistent when completing tasks as well as have the ability to relate to young people, colleagues, visitors and suppliers. You will support the Chief Finance Officer and Senior Finance Officer through processing orders/invoices and investigating order related queries.

You will be required to work effectively as part of a team, display excellent interpersonal skills and possess a polite, professional telephone manner. A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills is essential.  This apprenticeship is a great opportunity to have an insight to the finance operations of our Multi Academy Trust and will provide the necessary training to achieve The Association of Accounting Technicians qualification.

Grade 

Apprentice Hourly rate £6.40.  After completion of the first year of the apprenticeship minimum wage dependant on age will be paid.
