EXPERIENCED AND ENTHUSIASTIC PLAYWORKER NEEDED WITHIN OUR WELL ESTABLISHED CHILDCARE PROVISION
Little Acorns delivers a high quality service between the hours of 7.30am and 6.00pm.
We are seeking to recruit a temporary full time play worker to join us in providing high-quality, safe and stimulating care in all Little Acorns provisions which includes baby room, pre-school, before and after school club and holiday club. The role is mainly for the baby room so baby room experience is preferred but not essential. There will be times when you will work in the other Little Acorn settings and includes supervising the children, ensuring their safety at all times, engaging with them in aspects of play and conversation, setting up activities for children to take part in, meeting and greeting parents and providing them with feedback on their child’s time at the setting.
Ideally applicants will have a relevant Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent) or above, preferably in play work, and have some experience of working with 0–7 year olds in a play environment.

You will work 37 hours per week. Actual start and finish times per day tbc.
