TEACHING ASSISTANT / EARLY YEARS 
EDUCATOR – LEVEL 2 
To work in our 2 year old provision (Nurture Nursery)

Permanent position to start November 2024

(Possibility to extend hours)

23 hours per week, term time only 

Monday 8.15 - 3.45pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8.15am – 12.15pm 

Salary: Early Years Level 2 Band F, Scale 7-10 £12,931 pa 
(Early Years Level 1 Band D, Scale 4-5 £12,303 pa if studying for qualification)

We are a Local Authority Maintained Nursery School (3 years+) with an onsite Nurture Nursery (2 years+) 

We have a permanent position available to join our friendly, experienced and dedicated team, to work in our nurturing nursery environment.  You will be required to work with children aged 2-3 years.

You will need to have NVQ level 2 in Early Years or equivalent qualification or be willing to complete the qualification within one year of starting. Experience of working with children aged 2-4 years is essential.  Experience of working with children with individual needs (SEND) would be desirable.  You will be required to understand and comply with our Nursery School policies and procedures especially relating to Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Data Protection, Code of Conduct and confidentiality.
