Salary - Band H £46,464 - £51,515 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Lead within the Trust. The role will lead, take responsibility and accountability for delivering the Trust’s ED&I Workforce Strategy.
The role will build on the progress that has been with the Trust’s ED&I journey and will lead in raising awareness of Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity and promoting positive change within the Trust.
The Trust is looking to appoint an outstanding individual who can demonstrate they have a track record of successful delivery, the required skills and experience; and can perform to a high standard in a challenging environment.
If you are flexible, enjoy a challenge and can work to tight deadlines, then this is the role for you.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- Be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience of working within a complex environment.
- Have experience of leading ED&I activity within an organisation
- Have a strong understanding of the legislation surrounding ED&I.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Able to demonstrate experience of delivering training programmes.
