Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We are looking for an exceptional, motivated, and experienced Maths teacher who is eager to make a difference. If you have a proven track record of driving student success and are ready to inspire and lead, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As an Assistant Headteacher, you'll be joining Moreton School at an exciting time of growth and transformation, working alongside a young and energetic Senior Leadership Team that is fully committed to driving further progress for the school and its students.

Moreton School, located on the edge of Wolverhampton, is a vibrant and diverse high school with a strong sense of community. We are proud members of the Amethyst Academies Trust, working tirelessly to create a nurturing and aspirational environment for our students. Our school is on a journey of continuous improvement, and we are committed to providing our staff with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive.

In this role, you will work closely with our talented Subject Leader for Maths, driving progress and raising standards within the department. You will play a pivotal role in improving student outcomes while also contributing to the dynamic senior leadership team, whose energy and focus are key to the school’s continued success. Alongside shaping the future of maths education at Moreton, you’ll have the opportunity to influence other key areas of the school, depending on your experience and passions.

We’re seeking someone with significant experience in delivering outstanding maths teaching, with a commitment to high expectations and a passion for student achievement. You will be ready to step into senior leadership, bringing with you a collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire both students and staff. A dedication to ongoing professional development, both for yourself and your colleagues, is key to this role.

If you share our belief that every student deserves to achieve their potential and are excited by the opportunity to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you. Join us in shaping the future at Moreton School, working with a forward-thinking leadership team, and help us continue our journey of success. Please submit your completed application form to become part of our team dedicated to excellence in education.

We can offer you:
•    A Caring Work Environment: Join a team that values your well-being and understands the importance of family priorities. We pride ourselves on being considerate employers, ensuring a supportive atmosphere that goes beyond professional life.
•    Dedicated time: We prioritise your flexibility and recognise the importance of creating an environment that fosters exceptional support for our students
