Lead Exam Invigilators & Exam Invigilators

Job Start Date: ASAP

Salary: SC3 (Pt 5) or SC1 (Pt 2), Lead Exam Invigilator - £13.95 an hour or Exam Invigilator - £13.27 an hour

Hours: As and when required  

The Chase is looking for suitably qualified and dedicated Lead Invigilators & Exam Invigilators to be part of a team to provide support for the Examination Office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair administration of external and internal examinations to ensure the students have the best possible conditions in which to meet the requirements of the examination boards during each examination series. 

You will be required during the Exam seasons. 

Duties include:

  • To support the security of the examination rooms, exam papers, scripts and materials;
  • Dealing with queries raised by candidates and dealing with examination irregularities in accordance with strict procedures;
  • Checking attendance during examinations and communicate with Examination Office as needed;
  • Collecting and collating scripts at the end of the examination.

No previous experience is required as training will be provided and please mark clearly on application form which post you wish to apply for.
