Job Title: Shared Lives Worker
Team: Provider Services
Salary: £21,358 to £22,887 per annum
27 Hours per Week

The Role
Worcestershire Shared Lives Scheme is seeking a Shared Lives Worker. You will be part of a busy, enthusiastic team who support and monitor Shared Lives Providers throughout the County. You will hold a dedicated caseload and will also assess and support new applicants through the process to become approved Shared Lives Providers.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude to teamwork, and a passion for working creatively and collaboratively with colleagues and Shared Lives Providers. Shared Lives is a CQC registered scheme so previous experience of working in an adult social care environment is essential as is a good working knowledge of CQC requirements. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently will also be beneficial within the role.
