1 full time (37 Hours per week) or 2 part time posts (2 x 18.5 Hours per week) available

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a senior social worker to join our Emergency Duty Team (EDT). If you have the skill, determination and commitment to improve outcomes for Dudley residents, and the drive to continue the positive development within the service, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

You will be a part of a dynamic social work team committed to delivering a high-quality service to both Children and Adults out of hours in Dudley.

You will be encouraged to enhance and develop your skills as Dudley offers a wide range of training and development opportunities both in-house training and through other means such as Research in Practice. We recognise the importance of investing in our workforce and are committed to giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills through our learning and development offer.

Hours: Average 37 per week (222 hours over 6 weeks including bank holidays and weekends)

Salary: Grade 10 (£40,221 - £43,421 pro rata + night working enhancement and weekend working enhancement, dependent on shifts worked)

Due to the nature of the role, candidates with less than 2 years post qualifying experience will not be considered for this vacancy.
